I’ve been a middle and high school teacher, a funnel strategist for major online brands, a coach, a military service member, and now I’m raising three boys in a military and law-enforcement family where capacity, uncertainty, resilience, and changing plans are very real parts of everyday life.

I’m also an astrologer, an ADHDer, and someone who believes spiritual tools are a hell of a lot more useful when you know how to actually apply them.
